"I came in to Burger King tonight after a long 15hour shift as a truck driver and it was so lovely to see a lovely cheerful lady behind the counter.. She was so friendly and polite...I didnt catch her name but she had blonde hair and was training a newbie whilst taking my order... She was very professional in her training and at the same time keeping an eye on my order...The food was a very good standard and hot.. I would rate this Burger King and the blonde lady a 10/10 and also rate this particular Burger King as the best i have visited... As a truck driver i travel the length of the country so i get to visit many sites all over ... But this one at Donnington Services is absolutely the best ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"Been here a few times. It's great, but can be slow at times especially if you suddenly have lots of lorry drivers trying to order. But overall, it's good. I think the problem is that this place is understaffed. The few times being here I only saw a maximum of 3 people working here. This may also explain why the bins are always full (unless that's the responsibility of the guys maintaining Moto as a whole)."

"First time I have stopped at Donington services, great food choices and a MandS and whsmith to. I had some food from the burger King, shaheen who served me was very polite and happy to help me at the till. The services itself was clean and had plenty of seating."

"visited your branch this afternoon and ordered a Whopper meal. The food was prepared quickly and tasted fresh. The staff member who served me was polite and helpful. The dining area was clean and comfortable. Overall, a very positive experience and I will definitely return."

"App ordering not available here. The gentleman serving was quick and helpful. They're want any Dorito chicken fries available, the peppercorn Angus looked like it's was hanging around some time and the Dr. Pepper was extremely weak, the concentrate must've been almost one. Quality disappointing for almost £26. I've had food here before, no issues."
